You have 14 days to return the package from the date you received your package. Returns are made at your own expense except if the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent by letter or parcel, not by postage. In the event of a change we pay the new freight from us to you. Before making a return, please read our rules for cancellation rights and returns and then contact our customer service.
The cancellation deadline starts on the day you received the item. If you ordered several items or the item you ordered consists of several parts, the withdrawal period will start to run when you have received the last item and the last part of the item respectively. If you regret the purchase, the item must be returned unused, in undamaged condition and with unbroken packaging / seal / technical seal.

You will without delay receive confirmation that we have received your notice, after which we will decide whether you fulfill the conditions required to be able to apply the right of withdrawal. Upon receipt of the returned item, the purchase price will be refunded to you within 14 days from the date we received the notice of withdrawal.
Complaints and repurchases
If you have received a damaged product, it must be reported to the shipping company upon receipt. If we sent the wrong item, you need to advertise the item as soon as you discovered the error. It applies to both private individuals and companies that the damaged and incorrectly sent goods must be returned in the same packaging and with the same transport company as when it was received, together with a detailed description of the error.

If we are unable to send a new item to you within a reasonable time, we will refund the return shipping as well as what you paid for the damaged or incorrectly shipped item. Compatibility issues often occur between different products, and we therefore recommend that you find out as much as possible before placing your order to avoid unnecessary costs.
